1. Eligibility for Returns

- Items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from Pet Coopmart (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Please note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Opened pet food and treats
- Used or opened grooming and hygiene products
- Custom or personalized items
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your item qualifies for a return.
- Pack Your Items: Safely package your items in the original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Be sure to include the RA number provided by Pet Coopmart on or inside the package.
- Shipping: Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refunds and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Pet Coopmart reserves the right to deny returns if the items do not meet our return policy criteria.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Pet Coopmart will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
